Taylor Samuel Lampart, 21, of
616 E. McLeod Ave., Ironwood, Mich., died unexpectedly Sunday, Jan. 24, 2010, in
Hurley. He was born May 13, 1988, in Ironwood, son of
Michael Lampart and Beth (Broemer) Turonie, and attended Newport Grade
School there. Following his graduation from Houghton High
School in 2007, Taylor was employed at Super One Foods in Ironwood and Sealy
Mattress Co. in St. Paul, Minn. He enjoyed snowboarding, snowmobiling,
four-wheeling and spending time with his friends. His hobby was installing car
audio equipment. Surviving are his mother, Beth Turonie (Ken
Kivi), and father, Michael (Amy) Lampart, both of Ironwood; maternal
grandmother, Jean Broemer, Bessemer, Mich.; brother, Rick Turonie, and sister,
Crystal Lampart, both of Ironwood; aunts and uncles, Denise and Randy Miller,
Hurley, Brenda Lampart, Ironwood, Pamela Ferron and Frederick Broemer, both
of Bessemer, Randy and Lynn Broemer, Ironwood, and Lou Ann and David Howser,
Hurley; various nieces, nephews and cousins; extended family, Forey, Ginger and
Cory Kivisto, Nick and Krystal Averitt, and Scott, Dee, Josh, George and Phyllis
Kivi; and special friend, Alan "Beeg" Simmons, Ironwood. Out of respect for Taylor's wishes, cremation
has taken place. Private family services will be held at a
