Nick Raymond Furyk, 64, of Ironwood, passed away on March 26, 2020, in Ironwood, Michigan. He was born on May 11, 1955, in Ironwood, son of Bernard and Carol Furyk. He attended local schools and graduated from J. E. Murphy High School in Hurley, Wisconsin with the class of 1973. Nick enjoyed fishing, hunting, the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers and especially his dog, Willy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Carol Furyk. Nick is survived by a daughter, Leah Marie Simonich of Hurley, Wisconsin; granddaughters, Kiera and Avery of Hurley, Wisconsin; brothers, Richard (Terri) Jerow of Saxon, Wisconsin, Tony (Sandy) Furyk of Hurley, Wisconsin, and Jeff Furyk of Monticello, Iowa; sisters, Jackie (Bob) Lamberty of Mercer, Wisconsin and Toni Lynn Belmas of Ironwood; and numerous nieces and nephews.
