MaryLou Bolich, of
Hurley, Wis., and formerly of Ironwood Township, Mich., died Wednesday, March
28, 2012, at Essentia Health St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth. Survivors include her sister,
Diana Swanson, of Pine Lake and Hurley; two nephews, Gary and Bruce Swanson, and
one niece, Cathy (Robert) Ofstad, all of Hurley; great-nieces and nephews, Gary
(Faith) Swanson II, Brad, Tyler, Joey and Shawn Swanson, Savana and Alexis
Swanson, Rachel (Joe) Peck, Ryan (Lisa) Ofstad, and Shannon (Matthew) BeBeau;
great-great-nieces and nephews, Lucy Mae Swanson, Sawyer and Zoey Peck, Brooke
and Ryann Ofstad, Mason and Colin Smee, and Alisa, Britney, Mattie and Emery
BeBeau; aunts, Wanda and Louise Bolich, both of Hurley, Ana Bolich, Mission,
Texas, and Ruth Bolich, Phoenix, Ariz.; and numerous cousins, friends, and
special neighbors from Ironwood Township. Besides her parents, Nick and
Helen Bolich, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Donald "Dodgie"
Swanson, April 13, 2001; and a great-niece, Wendy Ofstad, March 29,
1979. Per MaryLou's wishes, cremation
has taken place. A Mass of Christian Burial will
be celebrated Saturday, April 14, at 11 a.m., preceded by visitation in the St.
Joseph Family Room at 10 a.m., at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Ironwood,
with the Rev. Darryl J. Pepin, celebrant. Rite of Committal will take
place in the St. Joseph Family Room at the church, with luncheon to follow in
the parish hall. MaryLou will be buried with her
beloved Mom and Dad in Riverside Cemetery, Ironwood. Memorial contributions may be
made to Our Lady of Peace Church. Online condolences can be given

have so faithfully prayed for her and helped her during her life.
