Martha Marie Schill, 75, of Hurley, passed away peacefully with her family at her side, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

Martha was born on March 21, 1950, in Wisconsin Rapids, to Luke and Veronica (Kundinger) Arnold. She was an active and faithful member of the Ironwood Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. She volunteered her time and energy for many years, helping others learn about God's Word. Martha had a true passion for cooking and took her vegetable gardening seriously so she could prepare the very best meals for others to enjoy. Above all, she cherished her family and always made it a point to stay in touch.

She is survived by her son, Lee (Tracy) Schill; daughters, Susan Harris and Sally (Al) Betts; grandchildren, Dylan Harris and Samantha Schill; great-granddaughter, Calliope Harris; sister, Irene (Russell) Klevene; brother, Daro (Cheri Zager) Arnold; sister-in-law, Judy Arnold; brother-in-law, Kenny Rapacz, and ex-husband, Le Roy Schill. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents; two granddaughters, Brittany Harris and Becky Betts; and her siblings, Annette Molepske, Julie Rapacz, and Clarence Arnold.

The family would like to thank her many friends from the local congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses who generously brought her meals, gave her rides and so much more. They would also like to thank the caregivers and medical staff who provided such great care and support.

Visitation for Martha will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at McKevitt-Patrick Funeral Home in Ironwood.
