Obituary

Margaret M. Juno, 92, formerly of Hurley, died peacefully Sunday, March 18, 2007, in Mellen, where she had resided for the past several years. She was born Oct. 29, 1914, in Ironwood, Mich., daughter of the late Alexander and Sophia (Stefanik) Juno. Survivors include a sister, Helen Oberto, Iron Belt; a brother, Edward (Hero) Juno, San Pedro, Calif.; sisters-in-law, Mary Juno, Ironwood, Viola Juno, Pueblo, Colo., and Ellen Juno, Milwaukee; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, John, George, Frank, Joseph and Alex Juno; and two sisters, Mary and Sophie Juno. At Margaret's request, there will be no services. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Ironwood. Arrangements were with McKevitt-Patrick and Engstrom Funeral and Cremation Services of Ironwood and Hurley.
