Lori Ann Erickson, 41, of 223 W. Ridge St., Ironwood, died unexpectedly Wednesday, July 25, 2007, in Ironwood. The former Lori Dahl was born Sept. 2, 1965, in Ironwood, daughter of Carol (Baron) Salo and the late Thomas Dahl, attended local schools, and graduated from L.L. Wright High School in 1983. She enjoyed four-wheeling, snowmobiling and karaoke, and especially enjoyed camping and spending time with family. An avid doll collector, she had an extensive collection. She married Erick N. Erickson on July 16, 1986, in Minneapolis, Minn. He survives. Also surviving are three sons, A.J. (Holly) Portage, Wis.; Michael, DeForrest, Wis.; and Nicholas, at home; a daughter, Savannah Erickson, at home; her mother, Carol Salo, Manistique; three brothers, John (Cindy) Dahl, Holland; Brian (Josie) Dahl, Zeeland; and Keith Dahl, Crystal Falls; five sisters, Barbara Dahl, Ironwood; Renee (Dale) Jarvi, New Lisbon, Wis.; Kathy (Joseph) Olson, Pence, Wis.; Mary (Darick) LaLonde, Holland; and Janet (Bill) Broman, New Hope, Minn.; a brother-and-sister-in-law, Douglas and Judith Erickson, No. Chicago, Ill.; numerous nieces, nephews, half brothers and half sisters; and one great niece. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 28, at 1 p.m., at the McKevitt-Patrick Funeral Home, 305 No. Lowell St., in Ironwood, with the Rev. Jean B. Rencontre, pastor of Wesley United Methodist Church in Ironwood, officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be from noon to service time at the funeral home on Saturday.
