Elizabeth A. Stutz, 79, of
114 W. Gogebic St., Ironwood, died Friday, January 31st, peacefully at Aspirus Grand View Hospital in
Ironwood, surrounded by her loving
family. The former Elizabeth Snow was born May 29,
1934, in Ironwood, daughter of the late Raymond and Florence (Scott) Snow, and
graduated from Luther L. Wright High School in 1952. She was married to Gerard D. Stutz on July 3,
1952, in Indianapolis, Ind. Elizabeth was a loving wife, mother,
grandmother and great-grandmother. Surviving are her husband, Gerard, of 61
years; two sons, Gerard, Ironwood, and Stephen (Shari), Alvin, Wis.; four
daughters, Holly (Rick) Mattson, Ironwood, Cammy (Marc) Tourville, Bessemer,
Megon (Mike) Wallenius, Mankato, Minn., and Trina (Bob) Buerger, Stevens Point,
Wis.; 18 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Elizabeth was
preceded in death by a daughter, Dawn Minkin, on Dec. 1, 1984. Private family services were
