Colleen Perlberg Forte, 74, of Ironwood, reached the end of her journey Friday, April 17, 2015, at Aspirus Grand View Hospital in Ironwood.      She was born Feb. 5, 1941, in Ironwood, daughter of the late Vincent and Mae (Knight) Perlberg, and raised in Lincoln Park, Mich. She traveled the Continental United States with her Navy spouse, eventually settling in Florida.      Colleen worked as a computer analyst for the State of Florida for 20 years, retiring in 2005. She then moved to Ironwood in 2011 to live with her sister.      Surviving are two sons, Brett (Michelle) and Patrick (Nicole), and a daughter, Wendi Forte, all of Jacksonville, Fla.; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Cheryl Perlberg Miller, Ironwood; special cousin, Bruce (Carol) Eppolite, Ironwood; and numerous other cousins.      Services will be held at a later date.      In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Michigan Chapter, 25200 Telegraph Road, Suite 100, Southfield, MI 48033-7443.      Arrangements were with McKevitt-Patrick Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Ironwood.
