Clara M. "Mickey" Blomberg, 93, of North Ironwood Township, died peacefully Friday, May 8, 2015, at Aspirus Grand View Hospital in Ironwood, with her loving family by her side.      The former Clara Behrendt was born May 24, 1921, in Ironwood, daughter of the late Albert and Lillis (Beare) Behrendt. She attended A.L. Norrie Grade School and graduated from Luther L. Wright High School in 1939.      She was united in marriage to Arthur Blomberg on March 23, 1940, in Ironwood. He preceded her in death on May 29, 1988.      Clara loved playing cards, reading, baking and cooking, and was an avid Green Bay Packers and Atlanta Braves fan. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.       Surviving are three sons, Steven (Kathryn), Ferndale, Dennis (Mary), Hurley, Wis., and Richard (Karen), Bessemer; a daughter, Sharon (James) Hedberg, Chanhassen, Minn.; seven grandchildren, Richard Blomberg, Mark Blomberg (Kristi), Ashley (Ryan) Ploetz, Pam Hedberg, James (Sophia) Hedberg, Debbie (Ray) Wells and Jon Hedberg; seven great-grandchildren, Dane, Maxine, Natalie, Jeremy, Kaela, Jered and Maximus; a brother, Rodney (Evelyn) Behrendt, Ironwood; sister-in-law, Olive Behrendt, Gile, Wis.; and numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends.      Besides her parents and husband, Clara was preceded in death by a son, Mark Thomas Blomberg, in 1956; and brothers, Albert "Tom", Robert "Mike" and William "Jim" Behrendt.      Out of respect for her wishes, cremation has taken place.      Visitation will be held Saturday, May 23, 2015, from 10 to 11 a.m, at the McKevitt-Patrick Funeral Home, 305 N. Lowell St., in Ironwood. Memorial services will follow at 11 a.m., with the Rev.
