Christine A. Lawrence, 73, of Mercer, passed away on May 29, 2020, at her home in Mercer, Wisconsin. Christine was born December 19, 1946, in Milwaukee, daughter of John and Angeline (Kurkerwicz) Sier. She was married to Robert Lawrence, and he preceded her in death. Christine was a lifelong resident of Northern Wisconsin. She was a hard, dedicated worker and was employed at various jobs. She loved flowers and feeding wildlife and hummingbirds, but she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren who she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Angeline Sier; husband, Robert; and son, Michael Wilcoxson. Christine is survived by daughters, Michelle (Roger) Avery and Stephanie Lawrence; grandchildren, Kyle Avery, Jordon (Kendall) Avery and Rylee Lawrence; and great-granddaughter, Evalinn. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will be in the Mercer Cemetery. The family has chosen McKevitt-Patrick Funeral Home, Ironwood, to honor Christine's legacy of life.
