Carlyne Faye Jarvenpaa, 60,
of Ironwood, died Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013. She was born Nov. 27, 1952, in Milwaukee, to
William R. Dull and Annabelle Fust. Carlyne enjoyed lounging in her pool,
decorating her nails, and playing her $5 bingo scratchoffs. She also enjoyed
spending time with friends on Saturdays and was a "mean" Yatzee opponent. She
enjoyed babysitting Ally and Jace and lived for her grandchildren. Carlyne is survived by her companion, Guy
Tilton Sr., Kimball, Wis.; two sons, Jimmy (Tracy) Thornsberry, Ironwood, and
Guy Tilton Jr., Hurley, Wis.; seven grandchildren, Brittany Horswill, Christofer
and Anna Thornsberry, Brieana Thornsberry, Jimmy and Melissa Charles and Kaden
Tilton; a sister, Judy Barner, Duluth, Minn.; two brothers, C.H. (Deb) Dull,
Connecticut, and Ray (Betty) Dull, Mercer, Wis.; many nieces and nephews; and
special friends, Mike and Donna Contos, Scott and Sam, Amber, Ally and Jace, and
Brad. She was preceded in death by her parents and a
brother, Melvin Dull. Carlyne's wishes were to be cremated, and
there will be no formal service. A private celebration of her life will take
