Carl Benjamin Grochowski, 92, of Merrill, Wisconsin passed away on September 2, 2019, surrounded by his family at Pinecrest Nursing home in Merrill.      He was born on August 18, 1927, to Anton and Mary (Wrecza) Grochowski in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.      He married Barbara Klafka , and their union was blessed with 2 sons; Jeffery and Anthony Grochowski.      Carl was a machinery welder for 20 years.      Carl is survived by his wife, Barbara; sons, Jeffery (Danielle) Grochowski of Mondovi, Wisconsin and Anthony (Danielle) Grochowski of Antigo, Wisconsin and a grandson, Joshua Grochowski of Mondovi, Wisconsin.      He was preceded in death by his parents.      A Memorial Service will be held for Carl on Saturday, September 7, 2019,  at 11:30 am at the Pinecrest Nursing Home in Merrill, Wisconsin preceded by visitation at 11:00 until the time of the service.      Frick-Zielinski Funeral Home, Bessemer, is assisting the family.  For more information or to express condolences, please visit rangefuneralservices.com .
