Alphonse Leuzzo's Obituary
Alphonse Leuzzo Jr. - 79 of Bessemer, Michigan passed away on June 24, 2022, at Westgate Nursing Home.
He was born the son of Alphonse Leuzzo Sr. and Julio (Giackino) Leuzzo in Wakefield, MI on September 11, 1942.
A graduate of Bessemer High School in 1960.
In 1962 he joined the Army and served his country honorably until he got out in 1965.
Later that same year he married Shirley (Wainio) the love of his life, of whom he spent 57 wonderful years.
Spending most of his life working in the area as a logger.
He is survived by his wife Shirley, son Jamin of Townsend, WI, daughters -Jennifer Leuzzo and Melissa Sillah both of Minneapolis, MN., as well as five granddaughters, four grandsons and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in passing by both his parents as well as his brother Danny Leuzzo, daughters Alicia, Sheila, and Regina along with two grandchildren.
