Obituary for Hyacinth C. Sanders

Hyacinth C. Sanders, 93, of Gile, died Wednesday, July 13, 2011,
in Hurley.      The former Hyacinth Bendotti was born Nov. 2,
1917, in Montreal, daughter of the late Louis and Jennie (Marchello) Bendotti,
attended school there, and graduated from Hurley High School in 1935. She was
employed as a clerk for the WPA.      Hyacinth was a member of St. Mary's Catholic
Church in Hurley. She enjoyed reading and being a homemaker.      On Oct. 4, 1941, she was married to Clyde
Sanders at St. Mary's Church by the late Rev. Peter F. Meyer. Clyde preceded her
in death on Nov. 3, 1986.      Surviving are two sons, Clyde (Betsy),
Manitowoc, and Brian, Montreal; a granddaughter, Sherri (David) Buckner, Long
Beach, Calif.; a brother, Eugene (Edith) Bendotti, Wanachee, Wash.; and numerous
nieces and nephews.      Besides her parents and husband, she was
preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Sanders, in 1986; and a sister, Catherine
Radowski.      In accordance with Hyacinth's wishes,
cremation has taken place.      Friends may call at St. Mary's Catholic Church
in Hurley on Thursday, July 21, beginning at 10 a.m., where a Mass of Christian
Burial will  be celebrated at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Frank Kordek, O.F.M.,
celebrant.      Rite of Committal and inurnment will follow in
St. Mary's Cemetery, Hurley.      Luncheon will be served in the parish hall
upon return from the cemetery.      In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to
