Community College Bookstore, and Ray Smeeth Sporting Goods and Family Optical in
downtown Ironwood.      An avid golfer, Dolores was a charter member
of Eagle Bluff Golf Club in Hurley. She loved playing cards, smear, cribbage and
bridge, and was a member of the Range Duplicate Bridge Club for many years.
She enjoyed quilting, pine needle basket weaving, knitting and sewing, and
especially enjoyed spending winters in Arizona, Texas and Florida. Family and
friends were most important to her.      Surviving are her husband, Donald, of 62
years; a daughter, Donna (David) Meier, Eau Claire, Wis.; two sons, Michael
(Rebecca), Steamboat Springs, Colo., and James (Mary), Pulaski, Wis.; five
grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Leonard Arasim, Park
Falls, Wis., and James (Betty) Arasim, Big Pine, Calif.; and numerous nieces,
nephews and cousins.      Besides her parents, she was preceded in death
by a sister, Mary Soltis, on Jan. 26, 1993.      Out of respect for Dolores's wishes, cremation
has taken place.      A memorial service will be held Saturday, July
2, at 11 a.m., at the McKevitt-Patrick Funeral Home, 305 N. Lowell St., in
